  Warm, sincere, church body. Biblical, Christ-centered worship. Children are taught foundational principles of the faith.

  We had the blessing of being a part of this congregation for one military assignment at Charleston AFB, and still keep in touch with many members and the pastors there. Such a loving and diverse group of people with a special place in their hearts for the military community. Every week while my husband was deployed we were called and checked on, and many members stepped up to help me with my little ones so I could have a regular break. We loved the children's programs, the musical worship is God-honoring and exceptional, and the leadership's love for their congregation is humbling! We consider asking God to send us to Charleston to retire when the time comes, mainly for the loving body of believers we found at Grace!

  Good mix of young and older members, and good mix of contemporary worship with traditional hymns. Expository teaching that doesn't compromise the truth. This church follows the biblical model, and it is evident that a desire to glorify God is the motivation for all that they do.

  My wife and me moved from Summerville to West Ashley, and were looking for a church family. We ran a search of churches around us, and planned on visiting a majority of them before we made a decision. Grace on the Ashley was the second church we visited, and there was no doubt it was the place for us.
  
  We are happy to call Grace on the Ashley our church home.
