  Over 61-yrs ago, my Father, John Joseph Capitan, Sr. was entered into his final resting place at Bethany Cemetery just a few days after his demise on Saturday, September 10, 1955. My Father was born on Sept. 29, 1909 and was only 45-yrs old . I was just 8-yr old and my Mother was a young 36-yr old. I love this beautiful old cemetery. My Mother is now soon to be 98-yr old this October 28, 2016; she is still living and resides at the Village ACLF in Summerville, SC. My Sister Genevieve, died today, August 02, 2016 and will be buried there at Bethany with our Father.
